responsibilities cover five areas

property registration, official document execution and registration, company registration, intellectual property registration, notary office registration, and marriage and divorce registration.

The “My Registration System” integrated portal of electronic services has been designed and implemented to give clients integrated access to all the services of the State Organization for Registration of Deeds and Properties, including property systems, intellectual property, official documents, marriage and divorce, registration companies, and the implementation of official documents.The portal can be accessed at https://my.ssaa.ir. 

Many of the system’s services are currently available for usage, and users can access them by registering and logging in with their login.

This system offers two categories of services: personal (usually about the user’s documents and personal belongings) and public (requiring creating an account).

Among the services offered by this system are:

  1. Issuance of electronic ownership document
  2. Allowing the general public to see cadastral properties under ownership in my registration system electronically
  3. Issuance of electronic notification of the notary (business license)
  4. Setting up a systematic and immediate seizure of cadastral properties in the Directorates General for the implementation of official documents
  5. Establishing automated communication between the Directorates General for the implementation of official documents and the Iranian Traffic Police
  6. Electronically notifying the registrar’s office of a marriage or divorce
  7. Allowing the added value of each document’s copyright to be deposited online when setting it up at notary offices
  8. Providing Two-step authentication and electronic confirmation of the verification code SMS when setting up the document in the electronic document registration system to prevent document forgeries
  9. Registration and handling of public complaints electronically via my registration system
  10. Setting up of electronic signature for all services related to company registration, such as seal, establishment, and modification
  11. Total automation of the notary public’s document setup procedure
